Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the build and configuration of your system. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Usage based services such as phone calls, text messages, certain AI services, or third party services may incur additional usage costs.

You are responsible for the content you create and the communications sent through the platform. AHA VIBE is not liable for business outcomes resulting from use of the tools.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AHA VIBE constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
